Training time is a precious commodity for Law Enforcement Officers and the agencies they represent. Advanced training requires more time spent in formal courses to achieve quality results and more time spent post formal course time to ensure proficiency.

Students attending Norse courses utilize the Portal as an essential part of the course. Communication between students and instructors in conjunction with instructional video segments of course content produce exceptional levels of proficiency and retention of course content.

Students who become subscribing members of the Portal have continuous access to these resources. The value of training is much greater if the student is able to retain the information with a high level of proficiency. Skillsets which do not get utilized and practiced on a daily basis will consistently diminish. These skillsets are often those that are necessary in an immediate manner within a critical situation.

SuStainment Training Programs

Norse Sustainment Training Programs were created to provide an enhanced level of proficiency and retention of tactics, techniques, and procedures for Your Department.

The standard sustainment program features 8 training days over the course of a calendar year, but you are able to customize a package for as many days as you request. The Norse Training System applied to the accredited curriculum provides improved levels of operational capability, officer safety, and de-escalation capacity. The frequency of training within this program ensures continuous progression and improvement rather than maintenance of existing levels of capability. This training takes place at our facilities in southeast Indiana, southern Louisiana, as well as remote training locations anywhere in the United States, with programs for special operations and patrol officers. The Norse Instructor Cadre consists of prior military Special Operations from several branches and experienced law enforcement agents from multiple agencies.

The knowledge base of all instructors is extremely robust, but it is not something to broadcast or share with the public. We are a privatized training company for a reason: the training isn’t about us or getting publicity, it’s about the client and providing the best training possible.

Biographies can be shared verbally with students in a course upon request.

The week prior to the course, students will receive information regarding their instructor, training location and equipment required.
